Local Amenities

Edwinstowe is the nearest village, with its characterful high street of cafes, pubs and unique shops where you can shop for gifts and souvenirs as well as everyday supplies (including extra logs) from the Coop or ‘The Market Garden’ convenience store. The village has its own butchers and baker.

The nearest supermarkets are the 24hr Oak Tree Lane Tescos (20 mins drive, south of the cottage in Mansfield), and New Ollerton Tescos (15 mins drive north of the cottage).

The nearest fuel station is in Bilsthorpe, across the A614 (NG22 8RF – opening hours 8.30am-6pm). There are also two 24hr fuel stations 2 miles north on the A614 at the Ollerton Road (NG22 9DT).
